Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your piece. If it isn’t quite right, you can return it for shop credit issued as an e-gift card.
Return Window
You have 30 days from delivery to request a return.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:

Item must be in the same condition you received it — unworn, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging

You’ll need your receipt or order number

Earrings must be unworn for hygiene reasons
How to Start a Return

Email alena@alenamay.com with your order number and the item you’d like to return.

We’ll reply with return instructions.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Items sent back without prior approval can’t be accepted.
Refund Method
Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll receive shop credit in the form of an e-gift card within 3–5 business days.

Original shipping costs are not refundable.

E-gift cards never expire and can be used on any in-stock item.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return your item for shop credit and place a new order using your e-gift card.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact alena@alenamay.com within 7 days if your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. We’ll make it right.

Gift cards
European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order ships to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. Items must be in original, unworn condition with tags and packaging, and you’ll need proof of purchase.
Where required by local law, refunds may be issued to the original payment method instead of shop credit.
